President Obama and Congress are working hard to restore confidence in the economy but their plans will take time to work. You need to get sleep now because it's hard to function without adequate sleep.

Study after study shows that people who have troubled minds find it hard to sleep. If they do fall asleep they are tossing and turning and waking up in the middle of the night. Then they wake up groggy and have to drink a few cups of coffee to just wake up in the morning.
When you go on like this for weeks and months and years, you can suffer from several health and psychological problems. You may not be a happy person to be around. These factors are not your fault.
It's not your fault the economy is suffering. But you are suffering from what is going on in your world. You need to do something about it so you can get some sleep at night.
One way to ease your mind is to take an inventory of your blessings. You keep focusing on how bad things are for you, but there are people who would love to have your "problems." There are many people who have it worse than you do. If you are reading this then you are more fortunate than millions of people who cannot afford a computer or internet service. What we take for granted, many people see it as a luxury.
For many people it's so much easier to focus on the bad things going on in our lives than the good things or blessings that we still have. When we should be focusing on how good we have it compared to a lot of people.
When was the last time you expressed gratitude for what you have instead of getting mad at what you do not have? When you count your blessings and think of all the things you can be thankful for, you can slowly change your perspective and look on the brighter side of things instead of focusing on all the doom and gloom. This one technique alone can allow you to ease your mind at night and keep you from tossing and turning and looking for the prescription drugs.
One way that I like to get through "challenges" is to laugh. Laugh for no reason at all. Laugh and smile all the time. Watch the comedy shows and turn the evening news off. You don't need to hear about all the negative things that are happening that they love to feature as the top story.
